Donald Fahringer, DMD - Endodontist

Dr. Fahringer graduated Seton Hall Preparatory School and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree form Fairleigh S. Dickinson University, School of Dentistry.

Dr. Fahringer completed his General Practice residency at Lincoln Hospital in South Bronx, New York where he received advanced training in restorative dentistry, conscious sedation, prosthetics, pediatric dentistry, surgery as well as emergency and operating room treatment of pediatric and adult facial trauma.

Following seven years of private family practice, Dr. Fahringer pursued his endodontic specialty training at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine graduating in 1991. Dr. Fahringer is trained in both surgical and non-surgical management of endodontic pathology. 

Dr. Fahringer is also an active member of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association and Monmouth / Ocean County Dental Society serving as president from 2000-2001.

Dr. Fahringer served thirteen years in the United States Army Reserves attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Dr. Fahringer is honored to have been chosen as a 2019 New Jersey top dentist by N.J. Monthly Magazine.
